Sarah Geronimo Damay At Apektado Sa Problema At Kaso Na Kinakaharap Ni Mommy Divine

Mommy Divine, the mother of Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo, is facing an issue today. This is after she complained of failing to pay overtime pay and other employee perks.

The talent manager and showbiz insider, Ogie Diaz addressed the matter on his YouTube channel based on the complaints of the employees. Ogie revealed that Mommy Divine is now facing the said issue against her employees. He mentioned that an employee of Mommy Divine sent a message to one of his co-hosts, Mama Loi, in which it was revealed that Mommy Divine violated the labor law.

Ogie then showed the said message of the unidentified employee to his vlog.

Here are some of the labor codes that Mommy Divine allegedly violated:

The 31st of the month is not paid even if they worked that day.

There is no overtime pay.

There is no double pay.

Wages are being delayed.

No rest day was given.

Failure to pay government-mandated benefits.

The person is being held when they want to leave.

She is waking up her people even when they are resting just to help her with her belongings.

She feeds his people chicken feet over and over and chicken heads.

She was ignoring people even if they are sick.

As such, she did not pay their wages on December 15.

Ogie then read another statement and complaint from Mommy Divine’s employee.

He said,

“Ang inirereklamo nga raw po ay ang mommy ni Sarah Geronimo si mommy Divine na meron pang isang empleyado na gusto na niyang makuha ang mga gamit pero ayaw pumayag ni mommy Divine. Actually, ang haba-haba po ng reklamo oh, (pinakita sa video ang mahabang usapan ng empleyado at ni mama Loi) at hindi pa tapos ang conversation nila.”

They also discussed in the said vlog the departure of some of her employees because they could no longer handle Mommy Divine’s management style.

Ogie said,

“‘Yung ibang mga tao dahil hindi na nakayanan ang palakad nu’ng mommy ay nag-alisan na dahil below minimum din ‘yung pinapa-sahod.”

He added,

“At may mga empleyado rin na hindi nila makuha ang kanilang mga gamit dahil ang sabi raw ni mommy Divine, ay ano bay an ba’t nasabi ko (sabay hawak sa magkabilang pisngi at tinakpan ang mukha).”

He continued,

“He added,

“Meron pang in-screen shot itong tauhan para patunayan sa amin na talagang meron silang (mommy Divine) conversation at sabi nga rito na bawal kunin ng may-aria ng gamit dahil kailangang makipag-appointment bago makapasok at makuha ang gamit niya. At isang regulasyon ng kumpanya bawal kunin ng ibang staff ang salary ng nagma- may ari ng sahod.”

Ogie addressed the issue of Mommy Divine and why 0the complaints of her employees seem to have reached this level.

The talent manager said,

“So, matagal na silang nagre-reklamo kay mommy Divine, pero matigas daw si mommy Divine at ang patakaran daw niya ay pumunta kayo at magpa-appointment muna kayo bago ko ibigay ang sahod ninyo at bago ko ibigay ang mga gamit ninyo.

He added,

“Merong instance na may overtime sila pero wala silang overtime pay. Si mommy Divine raw ay ipapasundo ‘yung masahista at hihintayin ‘yung masahista matapos ng 2AM para siguro ihatid, wala pa rin daw sahod ‘yun.”

Their vlog allowed viewers to see another side of the situation.

Ogie stated,

“Minsan merong mga ganu’n na ang ikukuwento nila ay ‘yung mga ginawa nila pero ‘yung mga ginawa nilang hindi maganda, hindi na nila ikukuwento.

“Siguro mas maganda na harapin ito ni mommy Divine kasi siyempre mahirap nap o ito lalo na sa panahon ngayon.”

As you may recall, Sarah just shared an open letter with her parents in October. The letter states that she regrets the decisions she made in her life that affected their relationship.

We all know that Sarah and Mommy Divine are still not yet on good terms because of her marriage to Matteo Guidicelli. Now that she is facing an issue, Sarah was also affected and entangled with her mother’s problem today. Many people believe that this is no longer a surprise with Mommy Divine because everyone knows how she treated Sarah as her daughter. There are some who feel sorry because the singer is also affected by the said issue but some commented that Sarah should not be implicated because it is an issue of Mommy Divine.
