G Tongi, Proud Na Ibinahagi Sa Lahat Ang Pagtatapos Niya Sa Kanyang Master’s Degree Sa Amerika

Pinay actress G Tongi is proud to share with everyone that she has completed her master’s degree program at Antioch University in Los Angeles, California.

In an Instagram post, Giselle shared a short video of their virtual commencement ceremony along with some happy graduation pictures of her. Giselle’s face lights up as she holds out her diploma.

In the caption of her post, Giselle expressed her happiness and appreciation, stating that despite the pand3mic, she completed her graduate studies in Nonprofit Management.

She wrote,

“Looking towards the horizon as I add this humbling milestone under my belt. Graduate school in a p@ndemic was certainly unexpected and challenging but somehow here we are…we made it to the finish line! Congrats to all the @antiochuniversityla graduates on our accomplishment! Am proud to be amongst you all! Salamat (Thank You) to my family for all your love & support! #classof2021 #gradschool #certifiednonprofitprofessional”

Gary Valenciano, Princess Punzalan, ZsaZsa Padilla and Margie Moran were among those who congratulated Giselle for the new milestone she achieved.

In 2011, Giselle graduated from the Communication Studies program at the University of California in Los Angeles. Before moving to America, Giselle or G Tongi was one of the most recognized actors, dancers, singers, and hosts in the Philippines.

Discovered when she was only 15 years old, Giselle was among the very first batch of artists from the famous talent agency Star Magic.

Some of Giselle’s previous shows were “Palibhasa Lalake”, “That’s Entertainment” and “Mulawin”. Giselle rose to prominence as an MTV Asia VJ.

Despite the popularity she enjoys in the Philippines, Giselle still chose to leave the country to live in America.

Last year, Giselle shared one of the reasons why she migrated to America.

She said,

“One of the many factors why I chose to move back to America during my twenties is that it was inevitable when one is showered with that kind of attention from a nation to not feel narcissistic.”

According to Giselle, it is unavoidable for a person to become ‘narcissistic’ or arrogant as a result of their fame. Giselle said she continues to try to prove that she has something to be proud of other than her appearance.

Giselle now resides in the United States with her husband, Tim Walters, and their children, Sakura Anne Marie and Kenobi Benjamin.
